Mike Massey JD, MBA, MPA just might be the 195th most interesting person in Texas. He has 4 college degrees and he’s working on a 5th: BBS Accounting; MPA Master’s in Professional Accounting; JD Law Degree; MBA Master’s in Business Administration; BBS in Biblical Studies (in progress). He’s a dedicated family man with a wife of 14 years and 6 children (4 on earth and 2 in heaven). He spends most of his personal time with family, playing games in the yard with his kids, cleaning up with his kids, cleaning up some more with his kids, you get the idea. He also has 6 Chihuahuas (4 at home and 2 he adopted out). He has lived in 4 states and 5 countries. He wakes up at 4:30 am. He loves sticky notes, clean surfaces, and looking at his iPhone to see that there are no more unread messages or emails.
He also loves to help people reduce stress and achieve greater peace and joy. And lastly, he loves his job because every day he gets to help people think about life a little differently and a little more deeply. He would be honored to serve you today!
David Odom, JD
David Odom is a trial attorney and mediator, with close to 2 decades of experience representing individuals and companies in personal injury matters, construction litigation, and business disputes. When representing clients who have been injured by the negligence and carelessness of a company or another person, David’s goal is to put his clients in the best position possible to maximize the compensation received, whether that be by way of a jury’s verdict or an agreed settlement.
Successful resolution of disputes has always been David’s primary objective. He believes that ultimately people benefit most from the amicable resolution of disputes. Over the course of David’s career, he has been an integral part of the claim process that insurance companies employ to evaluate and resolve litigated matters. It is this experience that makes David uniquely qualified to position his client’s case so to maximize the compensation his client can receive without undue delay. David utilizes his advocacy skills and knowledge of the game to affect such resolution, so that real healing can begin for all parties involved.
David lives in Houston, Texas with his wife and three children. He is an alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin where he received his undergraduate degree, and South Texas College of Law where he received his law degree. David received his mediation training from the Austin Dispute Resolution Center. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Association of Mediators, and the Houston Bar Association. He serves on the board of his Homeowners Association, coaches little league sports, serves as head usher for his church, and enjoys all things ‘outdoors’.
Glenda C. Clausell
Glenda Clausell is a graduate of Texas A&M University (B.A., History), the University of St. Thomas (M.L.A.) and an honors graduate (cum laude) of Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University (J.D.). Ms. Clausell has legal experience working in small and mid-size law firms where her focus was in general business litigation, including multi-million-dollar matters. As a member of the legal department of Shell Oil Company she was nominated and received the Scales of Excellence Award. She served on the Shell Employees Club Board of Directors and was later elected President. Ms. Clausell was nominated for the State Bar of Texas Leadership program and appointed as an American Bar Association Young Lawyer Division Ambassador.

She often makes educational presentations on estate planning and probate matters. Ms. Clausell received a Wills & Probate Guardian Ad Litem certification from the State Bar of Texas. She was selected to the inaugural class of the State Bar of Texas Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section’s Leadership Academy, where she was voted Ms. Congeniality. In addition to being a member of the Real Estate Probate and Trust Law Section, she is also a member of the Business Law section.
She has served as a volunteer legal counsel for the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program. For more than a decade, she has been a participant and fundraiser for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. Ms. Clausell has served in various capacities for Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and is its Southwestern Region Legal Advisor. She currently serves as Gubernatorial Appointee (Public Member) on the Texas Physical Therapist Examiners Board. She is married to physicist/computational data scientist extraordinaire Andrew Elliott, Ph.D.
