Documents created by licensed attorneys with the Law firm of Mike Massey Law, PLLC.

These are high quality and comprehensive estate planning documents designed and created by an actual Texas based law firm, not cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all, D.I.Y. docs created by a company who is not licensed to practice law.  Mike Massey Law, PLLC has published an example of extremely comprehensive estate planning documents in a 160+ page book that you can download here.

vs. D.I.Y.

You do NOT get this service & quality with most DIY online portals, and therefore I highly recommend using the services of a Texas attorney, such as the lawyers at Mike Massey Law, PLLC.

How is it so affordable?

We're tired of seeing people without proper estate planning documents. Too many people have insufficient estate planning or they have no estate planning at all. Too many people either do it themselves and mess things up, or they're afraid to pay many thousands of dollars to get proper estate planning done. As a result, we lowered my prices significantly so that everyone from blue collar workers, to white collar corner-office partners, to the high net worth could get complete and high quality estate planning documents. There's really no more excuses. Our clients share a similar response once they sign the documents, saying, "Wow! I can't believe we've waited this long because that was really easy, and we feel so relieved." This is one of the reasons why I love what I do. People ask us how we can afford to offer these great prices. The answer is simple. We are very efficient and streamlined. Lastly, we're not driven by getting rich, but rather we want to be wonderful stewards of the resources and finances with which God so chooses to bless us.

Why do Estate Planning now?

Plan your legacy. Do so intentionally. Do it now. Some people have out-of-date docs or stale estate planning documents. Some people can't find their docs. Some people never signed their docs or got them properly notarized or witnessed. Some people moved from out-of-state where the laws were different than they are in Texas. Many people created trusts prior to the big change in 2011 with portability. Remember, if you don't have a written estate plan that has been validly executed, then the state of Texas already has a plan in place for you, and you probably won't like their plan.

Is Estate Planning Necessary?

Estate Planning is a part of life. It does not matter how old you are. You need to be ready with proper and well-defined estate planning. We are available with high quality estate planning attorney services.

What do you mean by estate?

All individuals have an estate, and it typically increases with time. Assets that are owned by an individual will be considered part of their estate, such as - cars, vehicles, personal property, tangible property, real estate, home, furniture, brokerage accounts, retirement accounts, life insurance, checking, and savings accounts.

What is estate planning?

Estate planning is basically deciding who you want to receive your estate and how you want them to receive your estate. It’s about naming people or charities to whom you want to leave your estate after your death. Accordingly, all adults should do estate planning and we highly recommend that people seek the help of a qualified attorney or law firm such as Mike Massey Law to help them properly design their unique estate plan and also to make sure that it’s properly executed with all of the legal Texas formalities. To execute a proper and valid estate plan, specific legal documents need to be signed in a valid manner. This may include Wills (Last Will & Testaments), Revocable Living Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Medical Powers of Attorney, HIPPA Waivers/Releases, Pre-Need Guardianship Nominations, Children’s Guardianship Nominations, Living Wills (Advance Directives), Final Disposition Instructions for Burial or Cremation, for example. We have wills attorneys who can help you with any or all of these estate planning documents.

How can it be done?

For estate planning, we recommend that people hire professional attorneys who can make sure that your estate plan is accurate and valid. Estate planning services require considerable thought and planning, and they also must be created and executed prior to death. It’s not too late so long as you’re still breathing and have capacity, so call our estate planning attorneys or book a meeting online to discuss your estate plan.

Please note:

The *$400 Will Special is only available via remote signing after discounts are applied.
